You know that for your business to start up in an establishment, it is compulsory to have the corresponding municipal licence to open it. From DJM Engineering we will advise you on the necessary administrative authorizations and provide you with all the technical documentation required by your municipal body to start your business.

These opening licences are granted by the local councils of each municipality and the requirements may vary from one to another, but you do not have to worry, we are prepared to adapt to the requirements requested by your council, to demonstrate that your premises, office or industrial establishment complies with the regulations in force with regard to technical, environmental, hygienic and town-planning aspects, and that it is authorised so that its activity does not generate any risk or damage.

We offer engineering services for the approval of vehicles and their components. According to the Royal Decree 750/2010, of June 4th, which regulates these procedures, the administrative dispositions and technical requirements are established to be able to circulate with the vehicle on the public highway in a legal way. We will inform you exactly what you need according to your needs.

We also manage approvals for imported vehicles and the preparation of reduced technical data sheets for vehicles with a European approval password.

The aim of DJM Engineering is to advise our customers, and make all the arrangements related to the reforms of your vehicles. We process conformity reports for changes in classification and other modifications that do not require a project to be drawn up for legalisation.

We will help you with the procedure of cataloguing your historic vehicle, following at all times the Royal Decree 1247/1995 of July 14, which approves the Regulation of Historic Vehicles.

These vehicles, which meet certain requirements of age and uniqueness, require specific documentation for the competent body, usually the regional industry department, to determine the classification of the vehicle as historic. In order to have your vehicle classified as historic, you must present, at least, a reduced technical characteristics sheet, a certificate from an accredited club and a conformity report from a vehicle laboratory that certifies that the vehicle meets the characteristics to be considered historic.
